Our branded 80-quart rolling cooler is designed for parties, celebrations, showers, dinners, and other gatherings. Fill it with your favorite non-alcoholic beverages from Ceremony and roll it wherever you need it.

Free with beverage purchase. Spend $100 or more on beverages at Ceremony and we’ll refund the $25 cooler rental. Your beverage purchase happens in-store, where we can help you choose bottled and canned non-alcoholic beverages for your event.

The price include $25 Cooler rent + $75 Refundable deposit.

Equipment Deposit

Equipment deposit is refundable after return and inspection.

Event Information

72 hours is the minimum notice required.

Terms & Conditions
Ceremony On Tap is available to customers 21 years of age and older. Please read and acknowledge the following before completing your order:

  • Use the drain plug to empty any melted ice and remaining water. A hose is included if you need to divert the water away.
  • Wipe the inside of the cooler dry with a towel.
  • Be sure to dry any moisture that has collected on the bottom shelf above the wheels.
  • Replace the lid and hose and return the cooler to Ceremony by the end of the following business day.
  • Lift with two people
  • Check vehicle can accommodate size
  • Late fee is $25 per day.
  • If the cooler is not returned in 3 days, renter will be charged $150.
  • If cooler is returned damaged, deposit may be retained by Ceremony for repairs.
