Ceremony On Tap is our ready-to-pour non-alcoholic cocktail service for weddings, graduations, showers, dinner parties, corporate events, and celebrations throughout Hampton Roads.
We prepare the beverage, chill it, carbonate it, and set the system to the appropriate serving pressure before you receive it.
You simply keep it cold, pull the tap, and pour.

For custom cocktail requests, pricing starts at $8 per four-ounce pour.
Choose your cocktail, event date, quantity, and pickup. We prefer at least one week’s notice so we have plenty of time to prepare your order. 72 hours is the minimum notice required.
Ceremony prepares your beverage specifically for your event. We mix, chill, carbonate and calibrate the dispensing system before you receive it.
Pickup from Ceremony is free. We recommend picking up your keg the day before your event so it is ready to serve when you are.
Keep your keg refrigerated until service. If refrigeration is not available during your event, keep the keg appropriately chilled in an ice bath. Do not leave the keg in a hot vehicle or other hot environment.
The keg arrives ready to serve. Simply pull the tap handle and pour your desired amount. Garnish your glass if you’d like. Do not add anything to the keg.
Return the keg to Ceremony by close of business on the following business day. You may return the keg with beverage remaining. There is no need to empty it first. Unused beverage is not eligible for credit or refund.
Free pickup is available at Ceremony.

Someone 21 or older must be present to receive and sign for the equipment.
If no eligible person is available when we arrive, the keg will be returned to Ceremony and a $25 redelivery charge will be required before the equipment can be released again.
Ceremony does not pick up returned kegs. All kegs must be returned to Ceremony by the renter.
Your Ceremony On Tap system is prepared and calibrated before you receive it. There is very little for you to do, but there are a few things you absolutely should not do.
If something appears damaged or isn’t working as expected, stop using the system and contact Ceremony. Do not attempt to repair or modify it.
Ceremony On Tap beverages are prepared specifically for your event. Keep the beverage refrigerated whenever possible.
The beverage is intended to be consumed during the rental period and may be enjoyed the following day if properly refrigerated.
Maximum beverage life: 3 days from pickup. Unused beverage is not eligible for credit or refund.
An equipment deposit is required for each keg. This is a security deposit, not a rental fee.
After the keg is returned, Ceremony will inspect the equipment. The deposit will be refunded when the equipment is returned in good condition, subject to any applicable late fees or damage charges.
Normal wear and tear is expected (e.g., minor scratches from ordinary use).
Damage beyond normal wear may result in the deposit being retained, including:
If the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, the deposit will be retained and the renter may keep the damaged keg (if applicable).
Ceremony On Tap equipment must be returned by close of business on the following business day. A $20 late fee per calendar day will be deducted from the refundable equipment deposit for each day the equipment is overdue. If late fees exceed the deposit, the deposit will be retained.
Because your beverage is prepared specifically for your event, beverage charges are non-refundable once your order has been placed.
If your event is cancelled, contact Ceremony as soon as possible. The equipment deposit may be refunded if the order has not entered preparation. Once preparation has begun, including sourcing ingredients, the beverage charge is non-refundable.

Spend $100 or more on beverages at Ceremony and we’ll waive the $25 cooler rental.
Your beverage purchase happens in-store, where we can help you choose bottled and canned non-alcoholic beverages for your event.
Reserve the Ceremony Party Cooler online for your event date and pay the rental fee and refundable deposit fee.
Pick up your cooler from Ceremony and select your beverages in-store. Spend $100 or more on beverages and the $25 cooler rental will be refunded.
At your event add ice and drinks, and enjoy.
Return the cooler to Ceremony by the end of the following business day. The $75 equipment deposit will be refunded after inspection, provided the cooler is returned in good condition.
